Hello {{first_name}}
Do you feel that shift in the AI atmosphere? Just a few weeks ago, everyone was buzzing about Gemini—and yes, I’ve been experimenting with Gemini Pro for sustainability workflows (more on that soon!). But lately, the momentum has shifted entirely toward Claude.
In weeks everyone shifted from GPT to Gemini to Claude, it is crazy!!!

This constant pivot is exactly why I always say: Stop focusing on the AI hype. If you try to chase every new model, it will just distract you. It makes you feel "behind," like you're constantly missing out on some secret sauce. Ultimately, you gain more distraction than actual skills. AND honestly, there is no magic AI button or secret, it is just click baits.
Turning Noise into Workflow
The best way to stay grounded is to look at how AI applies to your actual day-to-day workflow. You can do this by auditing your own processes (also more on that soon!) but I think you remember this article.
Another way to keep up is simply by staying tuned here at this community. Because that is exactly my mission: converting generic AI advice into something that matters for sustainability professionals.
I keep up with the hype so you don’t have to. And honestly? Even I was skeptical until last week.
The "Excel" Factor
I had only toyed with Claude’s free version until I decided to see what the fuss was about. I’m genuinely impressed. It’s incredibly powerful, and I’ve already found a brilliant use case: a Claude add-in for Excel.
We all know that for sustainability pros, Excel is our "forever" tool. Last week, I published a video on using AI in Google Sheets, and the feedback was loud and clear: "What about Excel?" I hear you. That is exactly what I’ll be diving into over the coming weeks. We are going to modernize those legacy spreadsheets and innovate how we handle data.
I’ll be honest—my AI subscription list is getting a little out of hand 🙈. But it is worth it. I promised to provide real value this year, and that remains the focus. Plus, our YouTube community is growing—we are now 324 strong!
Stay tuned; we’re about to make Excel feel like a superpower.
Promise #2: One Video, Every Week
This brings me back to my second promise, to you and to myself: one video a week. Every video is designed to be a high-value resource for sustainability professionals, focusing on either optimizing your AI workflows or enhancing your personal and professional growth.
In today’s video, we are returning to what is still the most critical skill in 2026: Prompting.
I talk about this constantly, yet when I look at the workflows of people I mentor, I see the same three mistakes over and over (missing context, unclear expectations, undefined assets). When a prompt fails, the common reaction is: "AI is stupid." I’ll be blunt, I disagree. If you aren’t getting the results you need, it’s usually a skill problem, not a tool problem.
There is a common misconception that you’ll just "get better" at AI with time. That’s only true if you are intentional. If you don't actively try to improve your technique, you will just keep making the same mistakes, only faster.
This video breaks down the specific prompting framework I use for high-stakes tasks. I promise you, if you apply these steps, your outcomes will be better than you ever imagined.
Please, don't "cheap out" on me! If you find value in the video, like it and leave a comment. These small actions help the YouTube algorithm find other sustainability professionals who need to hear this. Of course, only like it if it actually provides value, otherwise, you know the drill: give me your honest feedback so I can improve.
Until next week,
Zyad Hatquai
